Run for weight loss!

There are many ways to lose weight: gyms, yoga, cycling, kickboxing, … But the easiest way is to run.
You just need suitable shoes (or maybe an earphone for music, or a friend), and you can run everywhere, anytime without worrying about the weather, in or outdoors, other equipment… You can run in the hot or cold weather. You can run in the rain, run in the sunshine. You can run in the morning, in the evening…

But how can we lose weight efficiently? There are some tips that can make your plan be efficiently:

1- Start up carefully
As other sports, before running, you have to start up carefully to avoid hurting yourself. Make sure that your joints are prepared for running after warming up.

2- Sometimes, run in the morning before you have breakfast
Sometimes, not usually, you get up, and feel full of energy after a good sleep. You can run before having breakfast. Running before breakfast makes fat burn better than running with a full belly.
Researchers discovered in a 2019 study that people who exercised before breakfast burned twice as much fat as people who exercised after breakfast. Early morning exercise increases metabolism and has a “afterburn effect”. As a result, even while you are sitting or sleeping, your body will continue to burn additional fat.

3- Interleave fast and slow runs.
